QR DM is a web-based QR code generation platform designed for personal, academic, and business use. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for all content you create, upload, embed, or share using QR DM. This includes links, text, files, payment links, contact information, and any data accessible through QR codes.
You agree not to use QR DM for any unlawful, harmful, misleading, deceptive, abusive, or fraudulent purpose.
You must ensure that your QR content complies with all applicable laws, including data protection, consumer protection, advertising, and intellectual property laws.
You agree not to generate QR codes that link to malware, phishing sites, scams, illegal products or services, adult content involving minors, hate content, violence, or content that violates Google AdSense policies.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use QR DM to distribute malicious software, spyware, viruses, or harmful code.
You may not use QR DM to collect personal data without proper consent or for deceptive purposes
You may not use QR DM in a way that interferes with the security, integrity, or performance of the platform..
You may not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, abuse, overload, or bypass system limitations or safeguards.
User Content Ownership

Dynamic QR Codes and Analytics
Dynamic QR codes allow destination updates without changing the QR image. QR DM does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of dynamic redirection.
Scan analytics are provided for informational purposes only. Analytics data is aggregated and may not be fully accurate due to device, network, or technical limitations.
QR DM does not track or identify individual scanners unless personal data is intentionally embedded by the QR creator.
Downloads and File Hosting
QR DM allows users to download QR codes in formats such as PNG and SVG.
For document and PDF QR codes, QR DM may store uploaded files temporarily or for as long as needed to provide the service. QR DM does not guarantee permanent file hosting.
Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to upload and share any files.
Payment and Financial QR Codes
QR DM may generate QR codes that link to third-party payment providers. QR DM does not process payments and does not store financial information.
All transactions occur between users and third-party payment platforms. QR DM is not liable for payment disputes, failures, or fraud.
Advertising and Google AdSense Compliance
QR DM may display advertisements, including Google AdSense ads.
Users agree not to engage in invalid traffic activities, including clicking ads repeatedly, encouraging ad clicks, using automated tools, or manipulating ad impressions.
