Our platform supports a wide range of QR code types, including but not limited to URL links, WiFi access, phone calls, SMS messages, emails, vCards, locations, text messages, WhatsApp chats, app links, documents, PDFs, event details, app downloads, payment links, multi-link pages, and professional digital business cards.
QR DM provides both static and dynamic QR code functionality. Static QR codes contain fixed data, while dynamic QR codes allow users to update destination content without reprinting the QR code. QR DM also offers scan analytics, downloadable QR formats such as PNG and SVG, dashboards for management, API access for developers, and tools designed for creators, influencers, teams, and businesses.
Many features are available without requiring account registration. Some advanced services such as dashboards, analytics history, dynamic redirection management, API usage, or enterprise tools may require additional processing of information to function correctly.
Information You Provide to QR DM
QR DM collects information that you voluntarily submit when using our services. The type of information collected depends on the QR code type you choose and the features you use.
When creating QR codes, you may provide URLs, website links, landing page addresses, phone numbers, SMS message text, email addresses, email subject lines, WiFi network names and passwords, plain text messages, geographic coordinates, WhatsApp phone numbers, application store links, event details including date, time and location, payment links, or redirection preferences.
For vCard, Business Card, and professional digital profile QR codes, you may provide personal and business information such as name, job title, company name, phone number, email address, physical address, profile photo, social media links, and other professional details.
For Document and PDF QR codes, you may upload files that you wish to make accessible through QR scanning. These files may contain personal or business information depending on the content you choose to upload.
For Multi-Link QR pages, you may provide multiple URLs, social media profiles, brand assets, descriptions, and other content designed to be shared through a single QR scan.
QR DM processes this information solely for the purpose of generating and delivering the QR codes and related functionality you request. QR DM does not analyze, edit, or commercialize your QR content and does not claim ownership over user-submitted data.
Automatically Collected Information
When you visit the QR DM website or use our services, certain information is collected automatically to ensure proper operation, security, and performance.

When QR codes generated through QR DM are scanned, we may collect scan-related technical information. QR DM does not attempt to identify or track individual people who scan QR codes and does not collect precise GPS location data.

To support this functionality, QR DM processes QR identifiers, destination URLs or content, and scan-related metadata. Scan history is preserved to allow analytics tracking. Dynamic QR data is stored securely and accessed only to provide the requested service.
Scan Analytics and Performance Tracking
QR DM provides scan analytics to help users understand how their QR codes perform. Analytics may include total scan counts, scans over time, approximate geographic distribution, device types, and operating systems.
Analytics data is presented in aggregated form. QR DM does not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other personally identifiable information of individuals scanning QR codes unless such information is explicitly embedded in the QR content by the QR creator.
Analytics data is used exclusively for reporting, optimization, and service improvement purposes.
Dashboard and Account-Related Processing
